Thank you for supporting Fiona Carter Ceramics. Each piece is handmade with care, and I take the same care when packing and sending your order.

Local Pickup

Firstly, if you're in Sydney, you’re welcome to arrange free pickup from Willoughby. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and I’ll email you with the address and to confirm a time.

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped from my workshop on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
• Ready-made items: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
• Made-to-order pieces: If an item is marked made-to-order, the estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Estimated delivery times:
• NSW: 2–5 business days
• Interstate: 3–8 business days
• Remote areas: May take a little longer

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

I do not currently ship to international locations.

If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please get in touch and I’ll provide a quote.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile, so all pieces are wrapped securely using a combination of eco-friendly protective materials and sturdy boxes. I do use recycled packaging material when available, so you may receive your goods wrapped in bubble wrap. I do my best to minimise plastic where possible while ensuring your piece arrives safely.

Breakages & Issues

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
