The Nine is an exploration of vessel form and surface decoration.

Each of The Nine handbuilt vessels explores a different geometric composition, showing how simple shapes can create a wide variety of patterns and forms. Although each vessel is unique, the series is connected through a restrained palette of soft blues, greens and warm neutrals. By repeating and reworking the same geometric elements, The Nine explores how small changes in shape and decoration can give each vessel its own distinct character.
